Continuing our journey along the Arnhem highway, we stop at the Bark Hut and then make our way into heritage listed Kakadu National park. Kakadu is the largest national park in Australia , has some of the world’s finest rock art and a variety of habitats, including floodplains and savannah woodlands.
Once within the park, we make our way to the north towards Ubirr Rock art site. Here we walk through galleries of ancient aboriginal rock art, which your guide will interpret. Hi Danielle. From the moment you picked us up from Darwin Airport until 3 days later when you dropped us off at our hotel we had a fantastic time. Your enthusiasm and knowledge were first rate. The places we stayed, lunches you provided and informative talks about local sights added to a wonderful trip. We would highly recommend anyone thinking of going to Kakadu with limited time, to do a similar trip with Sacred Earth Safaris.
